Iui 4/10, no bad cramping, today pain as if iui just happened,severe lower back pain, implantation?
SEcond iui, took the week off from the world, had mild discomfort but today severe back cramps almost to point of wanting to vomit, sleeped and it went away but not for long is it implantation pains or what? Sore / lightly tender breast, not spotting gassy, sorry tmi

I am having the same lower back pain and I actually woke up vomiting at night.
I dunno whether its from the iui procedure or an early pregnancy symptom.
I really don't know as this is my first iui. Did you have this backache on ur first iui as well?

I don't remember having back pain, had lots of tummy cramps, everyday. It was two weeks before Christmas and we did all sorts of family activities. I remember sleeping a lot, but now severe back pain. This time I did nothing all last week and had some appointments today and tomorrow not for me, and I'm not sure if it's the bloating /gas that's causing the pain sleeping helps. But I had no spotting last time till my cycle started. I'm hoping to test positiveSaturday with a blood test. But I haven't takin a per test yet.
