I've just turned 20 and found out I have pcos .. im ttc
I've just found out I have pcos as I came off birth control to ttc and after 4 months my periods were still irregular and they weren't before I went on the pill so I was worried and got checked out ( wish I didn't because I got bad news :( ) anyway.. I was wondering what my chances of conceiving naturally are as I'm only 20 ?!
I still get a period every month and I'm certainly not overweight .. My periods have logged (CD30, CD30, CD32, CD15, CD24, CD47, CD30 in the last few months .. I get a period every month but not regularly.. I got hormone results and my testosterone is slightly elevated ..
I really want to know as I've always wanted to be a young mum :(
Only been trying for 4 months now and I know even healthy couples can take up to one year so I'm not stressed yet but yeah ..

Try taking fish oil pulls and cinnamon bark vitamins everyday along with a prenatal vitamin. I was diagnosed with pcos over 10 years ago. It took me 2 and half years to get pregnant on my own with ovulation test (just beware u can get a positive and not ovulate). I was 26 when I had her. I have been trying for number to for over 6 and half years now. Aggressively for over a year and half. I found out in November I was not ovulating due to pcos(even though I had positive opk and regular periods). So in December I started on clomid. I am currently on my 5th round and I have been ovulating on it. My advice is to get your doctor to do blood work to make sure you are ovulating. Best wishes.
