Localized, left side back pain - 10 DPO - Pregnancy Sign?

I have a concentrated, dull ache on my lower left back near my kidney area. I'm 10 DPO, and wondering if this could be an early pregnancy sign? It's not throbbing or incredibly painful, just distinct pressure - as if you sat down and leaned against something, and reached around to simply move it because it was bothersome. What do you think?
