12 DPO with minor brownish spotting and some cramping. Period is two days late.

Hey ladies. I am hoping you can help me. Today, I am 12 DPO (4/14). I started spotting (brown) on 4/10 with minor cramping. I am two days late for my period. I took one HPT this morning, which resulted in BFN. Should I test again in a couple of days? I feel so symptoms of getting my period so I think I might be pregnant but not sure. Thanks.
