Mucinex thins existing mucus and helps sperm travel that way. EPO or borage seed oil are rich in gamma linolenic acid and help increase the amount of fertile mucus. All worth trying and pre seed on top of it. It might bring you closer to that BFP. Best to you.

For EPO, you only take it CD 1-14, but NOT after ovulation b/c it may cause uterine contractions in pregnancy. I used it @ 1300mg a day CD 1-14 & it helped me get the best EWCM I've ever had.

I have been taking EPO for my last 2 cycles as I don't produce much CM and it has increased my CM a lot much more noticeable this cycle. Also since my MMC in October last year my cycles were long and irregular. Now they are back to 28-30 day cycles as well. My skin has cleared up a lot and my PMS symptoms last month were pretty much non existent - no bloating, breakouts, cravings etc.
