Ur looking for herbal emmenagogues...most common would be vitamin c (this is what ppl who drink green tea are getting), black or blue cohosh and dong quai (aka angelica). There's a fair size list online, in case u dont have access to these or require something stronger. I've had great results with dong quai, vitamin c didnt do anything for me but has helped others.

I was on Depo and didn't have a period. My last shot was April 2014. I only had two shots total. I started Vitex Sept. 2014 until Dec. 2014. Had a very light period Dec. 2014 and Jan. 2015 only required panty liner. Feb. 2015 started ConceiveEasy and had a full on period March 2015. Waiting on April 4th to test. Fingers crossed.

You could always try taking Agnus Castus. I am in a similar situation to to you I've missed 2 periods, currently on CD70 and if I don't get a BFP or come on this month I am going to start taking Agnus Castus again.

I used it when TTC with my son, it took us 7 months when TTC the first time, on the 5th month I took Agnus Castus and then was pregnant by 7th month.

It basically resets your cycles and takes them back to a normal length. I don't know why I thought that it would be any different for me this time round so should have started using them from day one (doh!).....

Have a read up online about doses & when you need to take them - 1st 14 days of your cycle then stop when you have ov'd.
