At 7 DPO you honestly cannot tell weather or not you're pregnant yet. Your body isn't producing any of the hormones associated with pregnancy.
To answer your question though - yes. with my last pregnancy, I had watery CM from just after O through my first trimester. It was the biggest pain ever.
