Implantation bleeding?

Hey everyone, I have longer cycles, about 36 days & I ovulated about 2 weeks ago. I'm not due to start my period until exactly 1 week from today but I just had some spotting. I usually spot a day or two before my period so idk if I'm just starting early (It always comes like clockwork), or if this is possible implantation bleeding. I've had sore breasts for over a week now too... thoughts?
