Wait for af to be late, testing early sends us bat crazy, been ttc for year now and last few months not bothered testing, the only people that benefit from early testing is the preg test manufacturers x

The tests are more accurate the closer you are to the first day of your next period. I didn't get a positive until 15dpo which was 2 days after anticipated arrival of af. It is so hard but try to be patient!

I suggest waiting until about 5 dp AF. I tested on the expected day of AF and got a BFN, and it was already 12 dpo. Your body could take longer for implantation, or for enough hcg to be in your system. The excitement is hard when you're waiting, but its worth it! I waited until a week past AF, and got a BFP. Also, I suggest going to your doctor and taking a urine or blood test if you can't wait.
