Is this pregnancy?

LMP Feb 24. Always regular. Expected period date Mar 24. Had sex March 8. Didn't have symptoms until 9dpo when I woke in the morning to white creamy CM with pink spotting once. No more after that. I began getting abnormally tired, staying away from foods I'd normally want. feeling sick but not throwing up. Fast forward to Date period supposed to arrive...... cramps but no blood. Next day small cramps no blood. BFN morning.... Took test in evening and it had very very faint line. 2 Days late. Woke this morning on day 3 missed period and when I went pee there was blood when I wiped. Put a pad on and it's been very light bleed compared to my massacre normal periods. What's going on? Could I be pregnant? Right now all I have is light bleed, light cramps and back ache and extremely tired. Back aches never happen with my period but I normally have excruciating cramps with period. You would think I know?!?
