Question

When is it appropriate to see the doctor after a positive pregnancy test? I'm 14 dpo.....

Af due today but has not arrived yet

Depends on your doctor. I would call and ask them. Sometimes they like to have you come in to confirm, others just schedule you an appointment somewhere between 6-10 weeks.

once you get a positive test most docs want to see you around 8 weeks. call your office and let them know that you had a positive test and usually they as you when your last period was and schedule you based on your doctors preferences.

Just call and ask. My doctor's office won't see patients til they are between 8-12 weeks, and they won't even schedule an appointment unless the patient is at least 6 weeks along due to the high incidence of early miscarriage.
