Missed miscarriage and pregnant again

I had a missed miscarriage a few month ago and have recently found out I am pregnant again although very early days. Naturally I am very nervous about everything. I done a first response early test and the line was relatively strong. The next day I done a first vue test which is 20mlu and the line was extremely faint, just visible. I would be roughly around 4 weeks pregnant. Do you think this is something to be worried about?
