Question

Ways to aid ovulation?

Hi Everyone,
My husband and I have been ttc for 9 months now with no success. I've tried metformin, clomid, and had my tubes looked at (which are clear). I am convinced I don't ovulate. Anyone have any suggestions on ways to get your body to ovulate?
Thanks

You can ask you OBGYN about Clomid. I am almost 100% sure I don't always ovulate, I get the LH surge but I truly believe my body does not want to let go the egg. I have always had irregular cycles but the last on was on 03/23/2015 and it was 51 days, they placed me on Provera to make AF start, which she did 3 days after my last pill and the cycle before that was 44 days. My fertility doctor has told me that you should never go past 35 CD and not have a cycle and that it is a pretty good indication that you did not ovulate that month. Wish you all the luck as I am still trying to figure this out.

I should of added along with the trigger shot. Which is what my fertility doctor is planning for me when it is time.

Thanks Muffet8. I should probably add that I've done 6 rounds of climid and provera as well as tried Metformin.
