ttc#1 need some advice and ladies to talk to! lol
I just ordered the "What to Expect, Preconception."
Has anyone read these books? are they any good? im looking for as much info as possible to help me and DH. I just started him on some multivitamins lol he thought i was gunna be the only one to be taking them. is there any advice that ladies with experience can offer up? are there any ladies who are ttc#1 that wanna share what all they are doing to help themselves? I love DH, but i need some women to talk to about all of this lol

The only advise I would give is to have a positive frame of mind and faith in yourself. We have no idea how our mind controls our body processes. I personally believe that a happy state of mind can take care of a lot of things. Keep stress as far as possible. Breathe deep in case you find yourself in one of those unavoidable stressful situations.

its funny you say that because i was just talking to my hubby about needing to have a sit down with people and tell them whats going on because they do cause so much stress in our lives and i have a very short temper. something i dont like, especially during times like these. hes big on faith and believing that if you think positive and speak it into existence, good things will come. im just having a hard time with all of this because my system has been so irregular since ive been around his family and some other things that are going on right now, i cant exactly pin point anything. i dont understand things about tracking my cycle ( this is the first time ive tried) and its just all so confusing. but thank you for the reply. im definitely trying to keep myself calm and collected.
