(TMI) swelling of vaginal walls?

Im new to all of this tracking stuff and 1 dpo i noticed that my vaginal walls seemed really...swollen. here it is 3 dpo and they are still that way. intercourse isnt painful but is slightly uncomfortable. im still getting pos opks, but neg hcg. Im just curious as to if anyone else is having similar symptoms or if this is a good sign? please help! ive never tried checking the cervix and stuff so i dont really know anything about all of this lol
