Does implantation bleeding come out "easier" when having a bowel movement?

My period is not due for 6 days. For the past 2 days and today I have been having brown spotting. I only notice it when I wipe. It never is enough to get to a pad. Also I notice it comes out more so after I have a bowel movement. I had a BM yesterday and then today and both times I saw more of the blood. But it was never red. It was a brownish red after the 2 BM and then only brown and barely there when I was checking in between. Also, yesterday I feel really dizzy. I had to sit down. I have not taken a EPT as my period isn't due for a while.
