What is going on with me?!

I had unprotected sex almost 2 weeks ago. He didn't *** in me, he pulled out but then put it back in after. I didn't realize till after what he did and I had gotten a new phone so I didn't have my tracker to check when I'm ovulating. Turns out I ovumated 2 days before. That Friday I was very bloated to the point that I hurt so bad I wanted to cry. Then Monday started having this pounding headache. By Wednesday I had moderate cramps and lower back aches down towards my pelvis. I had a low fever of nothing higher than 99 and my body was hurting as if I was coming down with the flu.i still have small menstrual like cramps off and on and sore breasts. I was so tired and all I did when I got home from work was lay in bed. Took a test and got a negative and went to the doctor and there pee test was negative. I still have 3 days left before AF but my boobs are so sore and this headache will not let up at all. I'm so tired and moody as well. What is wrong with me?!
