How was the blockage diagnosed? Was it through an HSG? Is there a possibility that it was a spasm instead of a complete block? In any event, a complete block may lessen your chances a wee bit since two tubes are better than one. Also if there's a hydrosalpinx, you probably want that repaired or removed. Depending on what is causing the blockage, it might also be able to be cleared.

It's not serious - it's not life threatening. It just lowers your chances of conception. If your doctor is suggesting laporoscopy, it sounds like he or she feels it isn't just a spasm, but will be repairable. Good luck!

i studied in Google search Fallopian tube blockage at the fimbrile end is cause for some thing bad infection. Is it true .Thats why iam scarring about it. Actually i got pregnancy before 10 months back with the left side ova (undergone follicular study that time)But after that what happens inside me. Actually i got 2 times pregancy.But Both are ended up with miscarriage at 7 weeks. Then after recently i found my left tube was blocked. Iam so scarring about me. Iam felling like iam alone. Please please help me sister
