Cycle day 8, still bleeding

So I started my period on February 27 which was right around when I was supposed to start, maybe a day late. Now I'm in day 8 and still bleeding. The only other time this has happened, I took a pregnancy test and it was faintly positive. Went to the dr and determined it was a missed miscarriage. I wonder now if I'm having another one. My period usually last 4-5 days. It hasn't gotten lighter on day 8. I noticed last night in the shower a big clot, little bigger than a quarter. Anyone else had this issue? My cycle is usually normal.
