What would you do?

So I'm not sure on my LMP it was either beginning of February or mid fevruary... But I know we had sex 2/21 and since 2 days ago I've been getting faint positives... But a year ago exactly this time I had a chemical pregnancy... I have horrible anxiety.
I made a dr appt for tomorrow. But, the lady over the phone made it seem like there would be no way I would be getting positives on HPT...
I just don't want to go to the dr looking like an idiot but, I also want to know now :( ahhhhhh. Help!

They ordered blood and my hcg level came back at 56... The nurse said that's low. So I'm hoping it's just because I'm early? They put me on progesterone for anxiety and to thicken my uterus lining. I go back Monday for a redraw ????????
