Has anybody tried the SMEP plan? Any success stories?

I had a missed miscarriage in October last year and we are now trying again and have read lots of positive reviews of the SMEP and wanted to see what people thought and if anyone had any success stories :) xxx

Sorry for your loss. I got my BFP our first month using SMEP. I later had a miscarriage at 7 weeks but we're trying it again this cycle :) Good luck!

That's great to know you had success however I am sorry for your loss - I am trying it on this cycle however I have long cycles around 39/40 days and I am currently on cycle day 14. What day are you on?

Hello! Hubby and I used SMEP when we were TTC before I randomly stopped ovulating for 9 cycles. I ovulated out of the blue after those nine anovulatory cycles and we BD and did conceive. Obviously that one didn't happen with SMEP.
However, we did conceive twice with SMEP, but they both ended in chemical pregnancies- not related to SMEP. I have heard many, many success stories with SMEP, and my research online is what led us to try it. It's totally worth the try, in my opinion!
