Positive pregnancy test then minutes later turned negative

Hi just wanted some advice I took a pregnancy test earlier at my sisters house and we was looking at it and there was definitely 2 lines then minutes later it was negative no second line at all?? I didn't know if she had tipped the test and something gave it a false positive? Did another straight after and it was negative?? Trying for a baby I am currently 5 days late and usually like clockwork! Thank you
