Should I buy a test?

My last period was feb 1.. I normally have a pretty consistent 31-32 day cycle. With this said I should have started today at the latest. Normally my at greets me when I wake up ???? however nothing so far. I did have cramps today and bloating the last few days but no bleeding. I ovulated right on schedule then days 9-12 dpo I had a ton of ewcm. I since 13dpo including today I have had a small amount of ewcm. I have felt exhausted but no other symptoms. In fact, I normally get sore boobs before my period and I didn't even get that!
