Can anyone help pls??

So bn having gradually increasing but faint BFPs in am since mon but 3 days on im still having BFNs later in the day. Im worried as i have also been having right sided lower abdominal pain & some cramping. I went to see GP today who tested and said -ve so either not PG or too early. Also said could be ectopic and i have to wait for a gyn review in the next few wks... im really quite worried and dont know what to do... called doc back earlier to say pain was a bit worse and was just told to wait for apt with gyn or of its really that bad go to A&E... very dismissive. I now feel like a hormonal wreck.. dont know what to do.. is all this normal? ?
