Been taking Vitex for 9 days now and noticing for CD09 that I have an increased sex drive and EWCM!

Is it normal to show these signs that quickly?? I wonder if this is a good sign that my progesterone level will increase too?

Vitex is not that fast acting. It takes several months before you see its benefits in regards to your cycles, LH, and progesterone levels.

Thanks!! Ya I thought it was strange . But im glad that this is all happening naturally then! Can't wait for Vitex to kick in
