Baby Gap
Is 11 years to big of a gap for TTC #2? I had my first about a year after getting married. She was somewhat of a surprise, NPNT. But after her I was off and on BC until about 5 years ago(?) y mom had fertility issues after me and I'm afraid this could be part of my issue with the large gap but most of the time it was me waiting for a good time to have another baby, waiting to be off temporary status at my full time job, after back surgery, waiting for new job, divorce, waiting for right guy... well I have been with my man for 3+ yrs, we are TTC our first even though we have discussed we are not going to marry (agree we are common law). I am only 31 so having another baby is not a huge stretch, I just wond if the age gap might be too big. (my DD is begging for a sibling)

I really want another have for a long time just wanted to be sure I was bringing baby in to a stable environment. i kinda think because the age gap like essemkay said DD would most likely be out of house for a good portion of youngers life I kinda think that just gives us a good amount of time to treat that baby as an only child. (somewhat like my DD get most of our attention being she 10, baby would be 10 DD would be 21 out of the house doing her own thing)

I have an 11 year gap between my twin girls and my little boy whose just turned 1. The gap isn't a problem they adore their little brother and are a great help. I'm currently pregnant again and girls are excited about it. There is a 14 year gap between my brother and myself and that wasn't a problem either. In fact we are closer than most siblings with a small age gap. Go for it xx
