Vitex (chaste berry) Extract 80mg (Standardized to 0.6% Aucubin) ...Opinions?? Does it help??
Taking this to help strengthen my ovulation...as I just finished having an anovulatory cycle with very low progesterone which completely discouraged me :( So!!! I Started this yesterday, taking 2 caps /day. Did a bunch of research on it and sounds like it has excellent benefits to reach a healthy Ovulation !! Plus it's a herb so it's somewhat safe :)
Does anyone have any opinions on Vitex?! Did it work for you?!
Let me know!!! Honestly really excited about this find :)

Took it for a while as part of a fertility blend. Unfort. had to stop using it bec of starting synthetic fertility drugs. Vitex has to be taken for several months before you'll see the effects. Herbalist Susun Weed recommends use of the tincture of the berries (1ml 2-3 x daily) to strengthen the pituitary gland. It's known to increase progesterone and LH. Hope it works for you!
