Possible early pregnancy but I'm not sure need some advice please?

I've never been pregnant before, I have thought I was pregnant a few times but it was negative. I have Thyroid issues so my periods don't come every month. I may miss my period for a few months then have one then miss for a few more months. I've haven't had a period since December 22th of 2014, I see my boyfriend for a few days of the month then he has to leave. Well on valentines day of this year we had somewhat protected sex I say this because we had 2 condom break on us having sex. Well on the 16th of February I started ovulating the day after I ovulated my nipples have been sore and somewhat itchy. I was thinking I would be getting my period but usually when I get it both of my breast (the whole breast) becomes sore not just the nipples. Well on the 18th of February I noticed some slight cramping but not bad just small cramps here and there. I haven't noticed any spotting when I go to the bathroom. Could I be pregnant or am I just over thinking it and it could just be my period?
