Chemical Pregnancy

Hi I had spotting on the 16th Jan night until the 19th Jan morning. I found out that I had lost the baby completely on the 13th Feb which is when i got a negative pregnancy test at the hospital after going back and fourth for HCG level tests and internal scans at the hospital.
I was told I could still have intercourse on the 6th Feb by the registrar providing I was in no pain. The problem I have is I have had no signs of bleeding since the 19th of Jan and I was wondering if anyone could give me some idea of when I should expect a ovulation or period.
