Does anyone use vitex, that can tell me more about it? Dosage, side effects, how much to take, where you buy it, is it helping regulate your cycle? TIA :)

I have been using Vitex for two months. The one I have is 400mg/pill and I take 3 pills. I'm feeling like it's helping my LP be a little longer. I know I have heard that it helps other ladies but I'm not 100% sure about it yet. I also know it is a slow herb so you have to be patient and take it for several months.
