11 dpo bfn with crazy sore boobs

I haven't really had any symptoms to this point but right now my breasts are so sore that even breathing in and out hurts. I always gets sore boobs before AF but this is much worse than anything I've ever had. They feel brused. Not so much in the middle but all around them is like a ring of bruises. Ive also been getting crazy AF style cramps since about 6 dpo which is way earlier than I usually get. Is there still a chance my bfn could turn into something or am I just in for a wickedly bad AF?
