Swollen left boob???

Hi I'm 11dpo I'm having a crazyyyyyyy symptom I haven't tested yet but my left boob is swollen... it first started with sharp pains under my arm pit and then my boob blew up yesterday...I know this is weird it happened with my first pregnancy but I don't want to get excited. . .has this happen to anyone?
