Question

17dpo need advice/help

Okay so I had a very light "period"; I have a 33d cycle and on day 20 I believe I ovulated. I did the deed the same day. On day 32 I started bleeding. It was like slimy but a little heavy and then quit. So basically is was one day before my scheduled period, I usually have a period for 4-5 days and this was odd to me. So I tested yesterday and I got a VERY faint positive and same today. My temps have never dropped, is it possible that I am pregnant. I have the frequent urination and heartburn, also the twinges still in my uterus which usually doesn't happen

My breasts don't hurt as much as they did but I do still get shooting pains. I am worried that since my tests are so light and im 17 dpo and that my breasts don't hurt im out. Helllllp.

Positive is a positive. You're pregnant. My friend had what she thought was a period before she found out she was pregnant. It happens. Test every 2 to 3 days with the same sensitivity type test if you want to see if your lines are getting darker. A light test yesterday and again today doesn't mean anything. Hcg doubles every 48 to 72 hours. On a fun note, there is some research that indicates boy fetuses can have delayed positives because they produce hcg slower than girl fetuses. Maybe you're having a boy? Just fun speculation. The normal range of hcg for the week of pregnancy you're at is anywhere from 5 to 426. That's a big range of "normal". Don't stress too much.

Thank you. I tested today and got a little darker but you still cant see it unless you squint.. guess we will see. Again, thank you for your kind words. :) Good luck to you.
