could i be spotting and pregnant this early already=)at 10 dpo?

today im 10dpo i had a very small spotting situation can i be spotting happen this early? could this mean im pregnant?

This could be ib bleeding but it might not be, as my sister got bleeding at 6dpo and she really got her hopes up she was pregnant told people she was, and she wasn't test was neg and her period came early she didn't even ovulate, so I hope is ib for you and please don't get ur hopes up gl baby dust xx
