Pregnant? Trying Acupuncture

I wish there was a clear answer for everything. 1+year ttc, PCOS.
I stopped my metformin and started acupuncture and herbs. I have only had two treatments this cycle.
I am on cycle day 35. Cramping/twinges, CM (feel it coming out), occasional boob itch, feel full, ACNE (face, back, neck, boobs).
I did not chart this month. I am terrified to test. I hate seeing negatives. Most of my symptoms could be the PCOS, especially since I stopped the metformin (made me feel so sick).
I dont know success rate in acupuncture. Trying to not get my hopes up.....but really hoping that I conceived.
Any thoughts? Oh an my sense of smell was on point last night--smelling all the nasties in my house! Almost sent me into a deep cleaning but I was too tired to clean.
