Spotting after d and c

I had a lyperoscopy and a d and c on Jan 15 because the ultrasounds showed I could have a polyp on my uterus but they didnt find anything. I had light bleeding for 4 days I believe. Do you consider that the first day of your monthly? I was told you do but I'm not sure. Any advice would be great. I did have a miscarriage on Oct 4 and my hgcs went down to 0 so there wasn't anything left.

Sorry for your loss. I had a D & C on the 24th Dec after my baby passed at 7 weeks. I just counted the day I had the D & C as cycle day 1 and went from there. I was lucky as my cycle returned exactly when it should have been due but I've heard it can take up to 8 weeks to come back. Good luck :)
