!~!~! CD 33 - dark brown spotting for 2 days - implantation or af? Help!!!!

I have cycles anywhere from 28-33 days on average - the last 2 were 29 days. I have had light spotting yesterday and today and I keep thinking its af, but the bad cramps and heavy flow never come. I typically have very heavy af for about 5-6 days total - the last 2 days light. We bd on cd 20 - I ov somewhere from cd 17-20. I have never missed ad my entire life and never have spotting for more than 12-24 hours before af. I do get ovarian cysts from time to time, but not pcos. And never missed period even when I get cysts. I just took a test and got another bfn. Please help!!! Is this implantation bleed or extended af spotting? How long after IB did you get your bfp?
