Question

Should I discard a temp? O day?

So I know alcohol consumption should be limited while TTC, but with it being my birthday last week and trying to not stress over this cycle I had a few more drinks than anticipated last Friday. I also had a follie scan that day and they were at 14 mm and dr said they should mature to O around Tuesday. When I took my temp Sat morning it was .8 degrees lower than my normal temps. The next few days they were more normal and have been on the rise this week. I didn't get a positive OPK until Mon. FF chart thinks I O'd sat due to temp drop but if I discard it takes away crosshairs. Should I leave it or discard? I feel it is a bad peice of data as opks, ewcm and dr opinion aligns with O on Mon/Tues. All opinions welcome...

Hi,

Since you got a scan and you know where your follicle was at (not mature) I would discard the temp but still make a note of why it was discarded.
