â?¡â?¡â?¡7dpo crazy symptoms and cm could I be pregnant??â

By my cycle my OD was the 14th this month FDP first day of last period was Jan 1st cycle lasted 4days. My SO and I had sex everyday from the 5th until today (22nd). On 5dpo I started having lower stomach pains on my right side like I was pms I've had nausea but not really (heaving) yet. I guess more like stomach turning. Sleeping 10-14hrs a day if left alone. My CM has been creamy and more than I've noticed with my other 3 pregnancies. 6dpo I had same symptoms just more moodiness now using restroom more. And the lower pain has stopped. And my sex drive has again spiked... My SO and I have been TTC for 3 months now so I've been watching for signs symptoms doing research and much more. So I'm wondering if I could be pregnant or am I just imagine it so much my body is playing games with me?? When should I take a HPT? And which ones are the best to use??
