How long til bbt goes back down after early mc?

Lost my pregnancy at 4 weeks 6 days yesterday. My hcg is back to 0 (it never got very high) but my temp is still above coverline. Lower than when I first tested positive, but still as high as after ovulation. I've been bleeding, and my doctor said we can try again this cycle because it was so early. When will bbt go back?

It'll drop back soon. Its a messed up cycle so temps arent gonna be great for a bit. As long as hCG is back to base, then ur good to go, regardless of temps.

Thanks. I am hoping I will ovulate (dr. said I should because hcg is down) but if temps are wacky I may have to rely on my ovulation kit to do most of the work. It's been pretty accurate though I didn't get any high days before my ovulation peak last month.
