I've been trying to practice with soft cups and just can't get the hang of it.does anyone else have a recommendation of preventing leakage after baby dancing?

Softcups are easy! Not sure how ur doing it, but I stand up and pop one in. When its about half way up, I pull the rim forward and continue pushing it up (this acts like a shovel). Go as far as u can push it, then put the front rim behind ur pubic bone. That cup's not going anywhere! I pop a finger in behind it after, to make sure Im over and not in front of the cervix. As long as its hooked on the pubic bone, u should be good to go! Softcups are pretty much ur only option (do not use tampons!).
