Question

which bbt should i use for my chart?

took my bbt about 30 minutes earlier today it jumped way up. Then I took it about 10 minutes later (but after some talking) in those 10 minutes or so it dropped from 98.34 to 98.17 which one to should I use on my chart?

Wasn't sure what category to use. But my temps are rising. So really hoping to see bfp this cycle!

They're both right! Always use the temp you took before getting out of bed, talking, eating, or drinking. All of those things can release body heat, which will change the base temp. Good luck :)
