8 months of trying, NO LUCK! What helped you get pregnant?
Hi Ladies,
I am very disappointed right now, just got my pd yesterday which was two days late and I got my hopes all up. I have regular 29-30 days cycle and ovulate between 14-15 days. Please give me some advice. What could help boost my chances of getting pregnant soon? I am 30 years old and trying for the past 8 months. What did you and your husband do differently that helped you conceive? Any advice and thoughts would be much appreciated! thanks a lot.

I just got my BFP after a loss in October. Both times I used vitex, red raspberry leaf, preseed, did bbt and used the clear blue fertility monitor - backed up with ov strips (maniac, I know). The first pregnancy was after 6 months of ttc, now our rainbow baby 3 months later :) Also both times we would dtd about 7 days around O, we did it at night and I would go to sleep with it in me to really give it a chance to go where it needed to go! Worked :) Also - I am 38 years old.
FX for you, best wishes!

Hi, the 3 times we got pregnant we used Preseed, we both take vitamins called proxeed and omega 3 - but only the good fish oils! We use fertility monitor to check o, bbt to confirm o, saliva testing for Ferning ( but that doesn't always work) and soft up to hold the swimmers next to cervix. Sorry for tmi - I also orgasmn after DH as I read it helps scoop up the goods, and we do hot waterborne on tummy with hips raised for 20-30 mins. Also worth noting that on the occasions we conceived we baby danced at 4.30 in the afternoon as we read most women o at approx 7 pm in the evening. Not sure how true that is, but the only times we did that time we caught on, very coincidental. Hope that helps. Did all the above this mth and fingers crossed this bean sticks. Good luck to you x

I am sorry to hear that you have not had any luck over the past 8 month, I understand your frustration and understand how much of a toll the process can take on your both emotional and physical. I have recently found out about some natural alternative which I have just started using myself called "Ovaboost and Maca". I have read a lot of review on them and so far I am happy with the results. Ovaboost is great for egg quality and helping ovulation and maca is great for regulating hormones.
I hope this helps and I wish you luck and baby dust!
