Irregular cycles late ovulation ? No period but symptoms

I'm BFing my 16mo and ttc. I am possibly still irregular- my last cycle was 29-30 days. This last month I believe I had ovulation spotting (rare I know, but it's been consistent and it's not implantation.) it was around day 18 (3-4 days after Christmas). I am now on day 31 of this cycle and getting negative tests. I'm not convinced its accurate as I've been pregnant before. I am having tiny little "twitches" or muscle spasms in my abdominal a similar to postpartum uterine contractions. I think it may be a early preg sign for me as I've never had them otherwise. No period- still waiting for something and staying hopeful. Anyone think I could still get a Bfp after 14dpo? Did any of you get pregnant while BFing? How did you know besides a Bfp?
