Question

For women 42 and older: How long did it take you to conceive?

I am TTC #3 and I am curious how long it took folks to get pregnant at 42 years old or older. I have never had any fertility issues, but I do know fertility declines after 40 or so. Thanks!

Ugh! Good question. I'm really struggling with this at the moment. I'm on month 6 right now and I'm pretty sure I'll be starting again month seven very soon. I'm 40 in a few weeks. I do think that while still ovulating there's as good a chance as any though. There's nothing like being told your chances are slimmer to make us want it even more, it's brutal. Good luck :)

Never had any problems either and I'm creeping up on 40 soon....it can be frustrating and I'm learning that very quickly...all these random pains and aches and thinking this is the month and the AF shows up...good luck ladies and your not the only ones out there ttc at "our" age
