Early period or implantation?

After a loss in november we are afraid to be excited, or even test. O'd on DEC 30, symptoms have been nausea, exhausted, cold like symptoms, headaches, mild cramping, very sore boobs, empty feeling stomach, heartburn, constipation and diarrhea, food aversions, urination every hour. On 8dpo a couple drops of blood, a week before AF due, 9dpo bled very heavy, 10 dpo bled very heavy with one clot, 11 dpo spots here and there. I am currently 12 dpo and bleeding has stopped. Usually AF is 5-6 days. I'm scared to test and haven't been getting my hopes up. But really praying my wife and I are preggers this month.
