All the symptoms but still getting negatives?

Symptoms:
SORE breast
Tired most of the day
Loosing weight ?
Severe heartburn
Was getting car sick in my early dpo and gone now
Headaches
Moody
Sticky cm(TMI but loads of it)
Nauseated with cretin foods(ice cream)
Eating a ton
Milk ducts (never seen them before this)
Missed period (23 days late )
Bloated (like I ate a balloon)
I would be 7 weeks if I am pregnant
Any ideas why I'm getting negatives still?
Going to my new gynocologist on Jan 21st and using fmu on this last test!
