Question

Could I have miscarried.

Last period nov 15 my cycles are long 31-34 days. We ttc dtd every second day and I thought I was pregnant but dec 14 had pink when wiped and dec 16 full on period for 4 days then brown spotting off n on for a few more days. I had no major cramping or blood clots that I noticed. This month I bought ovulation tests and noticed a smiley face everyday. I was suspicious and heard if your pregnant you will test positive and I took 3 pregnancy tests yesterday all positive. I was really happy but of course nervous why I bled. My breasts are swollen... I took a clear blue and it said 4-5 weeks but I should be almost 6. Could I have miscarried two weeks ago dec16 and my hug still be high? Does anyone know how soon after miscarriage at a very early stage the hcg will remain. I'm going to dr tomorrow but doubt they'll be able to determine right away. I'm sure I need an ultrasound. I'm so nervous. I just want to be happy about the pregnancy. I have two healthy daughters never had complications.

I think your still preggas by the sounds of it. I'm pretty sure the digital estimators give you the weeks from conception/ovulation. So if you're six weeks from the first day of your last period which is how pregnancy is normally calculated your test is right. Fx'd everything is fine! My twin sister bled like you described in her early pregnancy and everything was fine with baby the bleeding was coming from a little erosion near where bubba had implanted. In a few short days (ok, long agonising, anxiety filled days), you will know where you're at. Just hang tight as it sounds to me like congratulations may be in order. :)
