am i pregnant?

hi there ? my name is jyothi from india, my last period starting date 11/01/2014, had intercourse on 11 th and 26 th , my exoecting period date 28 th november but still no periods. i had blood test for pregnancy on december 2 nd results are < 1.0 mIU/ml. so no pregnacy .. on 10 th and 15 th i check it urine kits , negative but still i didnt get my periods , kindly answer my question pls
