Question

Does anyone know if femara will force you to have a cycle if you don't succeed this cycle:(??

Any wisdom is appreciated. This is my first round on femara. I had to take progesterone to force my cycle initially to start. I am so irregular and get a period maybe once every few months. Im 18 dpo and bfn with no sign of AF. Wondering if I will have to take progesterone again to force it?? Or should it come on its own since I had a forced ovulation?

I think you should wait a few more days. I'm 17dpo with no AF, my body seems to enjoy doing this too and I have a regular cycle. My reasoning is you don't know how long you cycle is actually supposed to be and you are still in a 'normal' area. I would say in 7 more days if no AF then go see your doctor for a blood test, to make absolutely sure of no bfp and then maybe provera. (Hopefully you are pregnant or have an AF before you need the provera).
